PARKING
Free parking is available on the street and in lots around downtown Cambridge. Look for signs saying “Downtown Parking” and “Event Parking.” Some of the city-owned lots are located at:
400 block of Academy Street (between Market/Maryland and Muir Street; enter by Don Chuy Taqueria) (see map)
600 block of Race Street (between Muir Street and Cemetery Avenue) (see map)
DIRECTIONS

Take Route 50 heading east (toward Ocean City), passing over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
After the bridge, continue on Route 50 for about 40 miles.
Then cross the Choptank River (Malkus) Bridge into Cambridge.
After the bridge, make your first right onto Maryland Avenue.
Go about a half-mile, crossing over a small drawbridge.
After the drawbridge, turn left onto Academy Street.
Turn right into the parking lot by Don Chuy Taqueria.
You can also find free street parking if you turn right after the drawbridge.

Take Route 50 heading west (toward Annapolis).
Once you reach Cambridge, you’ll see a Wal-Mart on your left and the Hyatt Resort on your right.
Continue on Route 50 until you come to Maryland Avenue, right before the Choptank River Bridge.
Turn left onto Maryland Avenue.
Go about a half-mile, crossing over a small drawbridge.
After the drawbridge, turn left onto Academy Street.
Turn right into the parking lot by Don Chuy Taqueria.
You can also find free street parking if you turn right after the drawbridge.
The 400 block of Poplar Street and the 400 and 500 blocks of Race Street will be closed to vehicular traffic for the festival.

Take Route 50 heading west (toward Easton and Annapolis).
The last stoplight on Route 50 before the Choptank River is Maryland Avenue Turn left onto Maryland Avenue.
Go about a half-mile, crossing over a small drawbridge.
After the drawbridge, turn left onto Academy Street.
Turn right into the parking lot by Don Chuy Taqueria.
You can also find free street parking if you turn right after the drawbridge.

The marina is within easy walking distance of the Taste of Cambridge.
Head away from the water on High Street (the brick-cobbled street).
At the second light, turn left onto Poplar Street.
Walk one block and Poplar Street turns into Race Street.
The main information booth will be right there near the intersection of Race and Gay Streets; the Ticket Booth will be around the corner on Gay Street
