Available at Jewelry by Cottage Studio. Learn 3 different box designs, including one for Valentine’s Day! These origami creations can be a festive addition to gift packaging, a fun hostess gift, or an activity to share with children and grandchildren.
Description of Class: Using beautiful papers, students will learn some of the basic folds that are used in the ancient art of Origami, or Japanese paper folding. Then, step by step, they’ll go through the folds needed to make various Origami boxes: a square box with lid, a Valentine box, and a triangular box. Printed instructions will be available for each. (Just in case: templates and paper for some less complicated variations on box designs that aren’t strictly origami, will be provided).
