The Eastern Shore Network for Change will celebrate Gloria Richardson Dandridge Day with a luncheon on February 10, 2018 at 2:00 at the Dorchester Center for the Arts. ESNC is proud to celebrate her and her legacy not only in our town, but also as a part of the larger national civil rights narrative.
ESNC will also highlight individuals in our community who, like Gloria, exhibit strong vision for a better world, provide bold leadership, and refuse to accept the status quo. This year, we have decided to honor Ray Washington for his work with the Maple Elementary Marching Band.
The luncheon keynote speaker will be Dale Green, Assistant Professor of Architecture and Historic Preservation in the School of Architecture and Planning at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
