This pairing will feature the wonderful flavors of the Lone Birch Winery in Washington’s Yakima Valley.
The menu for this 7-course affair include Choptank Sweets with Tobiko and creme fraiche; Chive Gnocchi Parisian with Sweetbreads and bechamel; Cremont Cheese with toasted brioche, candied kumquats, and chive batons; and Veal Cheeks & Sweet Potato Cacio e Pepe.
